Honoring Coach Dale Brown
A Coach. A Mentor. A Legacy.
Coach Dale Brown was more than a basketball coach. During his remarkable 25-year career at LSU, he helped shape generations of young athletes, including NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal.
His influence extended far beyond victories, SEC titles, and two Final Four appearances. Coach Brown believed deeply in the potential of young people and the transformative power of encouragement, education, character, and mentorship.
The Dale Brown Invitational honors that lifelong commitment by bringing together the next generation of young athletes in Phoenix and the mentors who can inspire them to greatness on and off the court.
"His greatest legacy wasn't just the players he coached. It was the lives he changed."
